Our Indiegogo campaign for the Mañiuco School in southern Chile was a great success!
Many of our Fellows, particularly those from UFRO (our campus in Temuco, Chile) have been working with the school since 2011. The teachers at the school have worked with us to design workshops around subjects like self-esteem and helping students lose their fear of doctor visits.
Our campaign sought to raise money for much needed improvements at the school, whose students are exclusively Mapuche. With the funds we raised, we are looking forward to purchasing books and renovating the library in the new year!
During our Indiegogo campaign, we featured lots of perks for various contribution amounts, including recognition on our website as a donor.
