Press Release: Melton Foundation Africa Empowers Female Entrepreneurs through Project Management Training in Wa, Ghana

This program will serve as a significant milestone for these women, helping them to scale and enhance their businesses with the tools and confidence needed for sustained growth.

Participants in the Project Management for Female Entrepreneurs program will gain hands-on training in key project management areas such as project initiation, project planning, and project delivery. Beyond building practical skills, this course also emphasizes experiential learning and the sharing of personal insights. 

By connecting with other women entrepreneurs, participants will have the chance to exchange experiences, foster collaboration, and create networks that will last beyond the program. Ultimately, this initiative will provide these women with the building blocks necessary for successful business management, as well as the inspiration and peer support needed to bring their visions to life.

The course is part of the Certified Project Officer Scholarship Program, which offers access to high-quality, accessible training in project management fundamentals for budding entrepreneurs. Each participant will leave the program equipped not only with technical skills but also with the resilience and leadership capabilities to make a positive impact on their communities through their business ventures.
