Global Solvers Co-Lab 2025
The Global Solvers Co-Lab is the annual gathering of Global Solvers Accelerator participants, designed to equip emerging changemakers with the tools, insights, and networks needed to drive sustainable impact through global citizenship. In 2025, the Co-Lab took place in Gotha, Germany, bringing together Fellows, mentors, and partners to explore, exchange, and co-create solutions to some of the world’s most pressing challenges.
Global Solvers Accelerator
The Global Solvers Accelerator is an eight-month program that engages emerging change agents from around the world in developing key competencies in global citizenship, sustainable development, and collective leadership. Through a blend of online learning modules, project-based assignments, peer exchange, and expert guidance, participants build capacity to amplify the impact of their social initiatives.
The Co-Lab is the vital in-person component of the Global Solvers Accelerator Program, a fully funded opportunity for actively engaged participants. It brings all participants together in one place to deepen relationships, exchange perspectives, and co-create solutions in real time. More than just a gathering, The Co-Lab strengthens the global community of solvers by creating space for shared learning, trust-building, and creative problem-solving, helping to turn individual passion into collective action. Global Solvers Co-Lab
Guided by the foundational pillars of Community & Collaboration, Project Development & Impact, and Personal & Professional Growth, the 2025 Global Solvers Co-Lab in Gotha, Germany, served as an immersive gathering of Global Solvers Fellows from across the globe. This dynamic convening fostered deep intercultural connections, strengthened the vision and execution of social impact projects, and empowered participants to grow as empathetic, purpose-driven leaders addressing complex global challenges.
Taking place in the historic and culturally rich city of Gotha, the Co-Lab provided a transformative environment where learning, co-creation, and collaboration flourished. Fellows engaged in hands-on workshops, peer learning sessions, and strategic mentorship opportunities, all rooted in the core values of global citizenship, social justice, and sustainable development. By coming together in this unique setting, participants not only advanced their individual and collective impact but also contributed to a growing network of changemakers committed to shaping a more equitable and sustainable future.
Gotha - Where History and Modernity Unite
Nestled in the heart of Thuringia, Gotha is a city where centuries of history meet forward-thinking ideas. With a population of around 44,000, it is the fifth-largest town in the state and boasts a rich heritage dating back to the 8th century. Visitors can wander through its charming medieval city center, admire the grand Gründerzeit buildings from the 19th-century industrial era, and explore Friedenstein Castle, one of Germany’s largest and most significant Renaissance-Baroque palaces, complete with museums, historic archives, and lush gardens.
In 2025, Gotha hosted the Global Solvers Co-Lab, bringing together passionate changemakers from around the world in a city that itself embodied transformation and resilience. Against this unique backdrop of culture and legacy, participants connected, collaborated, and co-created solutions for global challenges, making Gotha not just a host city, but an integral part of the experience.

At the Global Solvers Co-Lab 2025, we convened to deeply understand each other’s projects, activate as resources for one another, and add value by contributing localized insights. Through interactive sessions and site visits, we created intimate spaces for critical analysis and emphasized our global impact as a community.
