Q: When will the conference take place? Where is it located?

A: The conference will take place from the 23rd to the 29th of September in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. The primary conference venue will be the BMS College of Engineering.

Q: Who can participate? 

A: Registered conference guests and members of the local community, Fellows of the Melton Foundation, as well as a myriad of partners & collaborators can participate in the GCC.

Q: Can my organization become a conference sponsor or partner?

A: We are actively seeking out emerging leaders with competency, experience, and empathy to make the difference the world so urgently needs. We follow a highly collaborative approach and are keenly open to new partnerships. Organizations and persons with previous expertise in technology, sustainability and social innovation are more than welcome to join forces with us.

Q: How can I participate in the conference? 

A: The ideal way to partake in the Global Citizenship Conference, is to join us on the 25th of September, 2019. The conference is open to attendance by all members of the community on thisOpen Day, inclusive of Springboard sessions, workshops, networking sessions and a cultural evening. Starting with inspiring conversations and workshops, coupled with impact creation and ending with an equal mix of entertainment, learning and intercultural experience, the 25th of September is your day to connect with us!

Q: Is the conference schedule available? 

A: Yes, the conference schedule is available. Please view the day-to-day activities of the conference here!

Q: I am an overseas participant and need a letter of invitation before I can receive my visa. What is the procedure? 

A: If you are an overseas participate and you have registered for the conference, we can send you an invitation letter, however if you are participating as a representative of an organization, you would need to provide a letter from the organization as well. For more information on the visa process please contact your nearest Foreign embassy. The Melton Foundation can only supply invitation letters to confirmed conference participants and takes no responsibility to guarantee a visa to attend.

Q: Is there a registration fee for the conference? Where can I register? 

A: Yes, the registration fee to attend theOpen Day, 25th of September, 2019 will be announced shortly. We will also provide a link for you to sign-up, and spill more sauce about our partners, speakers, networking opportunities and everything else!
